Welcome to the Thornbury
Haven Memory Café

What does Haven Memory Café do?

Haven Memory Café offers a warm welcome to people diagnosed with memory problems or dementia, along with a relative, friend or carer.

It meets in a comfortable setting in the centre of Thornbury, in the United Reformed Church building.

It provides a welcoming social atmosphere, with tea, coffee and home-made cake, and an opportunity to chat to friends and volunteers.

At each session there is a short activity, which is often musical, usually with an invitation to join in, or a demonstration or slide-show.
